The Fat Radish
Charlotte was the lead brand consultant for The Fat Radish as they branched their culinary expertise in the new market of Savannah, Georgia. Charlotte wore many hats across project management and brand strategy – art directing eye catching photoshoots, producing events that paid homage to the local culture (like monthly Low Country Boils!), and collaborating with local artists to concept seasonal menus and interior murals.
At the start of the COVID-19 epidemic, Charlotte swiftly shifted the engagement strategy to design all branding and related promotional print/digital collateral and special product materials for The Fat Radish At Home cocktail kits (curated by Naren Young) and large format dinners.
